Festival highlights include Panel discussions, remarkable and thought-provoking presentations and reflections of the times in which we live, Love YA, our dedicated young adult fiction program and "Word Play" an engaging four-day schools event prior to BWF. You can indulge your inner wordsmith at Masterclasses and, at the end of the day, relax with a drink in the Festival Hub on GOMA's Maiwar Green to the soulful strains of singer/songwriters and bands. Held in partnership with State Library of Queensland - the home of Brisbane Writers Festival. Brisbane Writers Festival will celebrate its 60th Anniversary in 2022.
