The California Fitness Alliance (CFA) is the unified voice of the fitness industry in California with a simple mission of motivating a healthier California. CFA members are operators of all sizes from small, independent studios to large-scale health club chains as well as trainers, coaches, instructors and suppliers to the industry. Our members have a shared purpose, to advocate, educate and create awareness for the importance of exercise for mental and physical well-being and to ensure all Californian's have safe and equitable access to fitness.
