Markur LLC was founded in 2016 by Stacie Richmond Kurzhals, applying best practices refined over 20 years of land development, construction management, and Right of Way Acquisition experience across some of the most notable projects in the Northern Virginia area. Very little about our company is conventional. We take pride in finding new ways to navigate problems that challenge program managers, engineers, and outside counsel.
