The applied technologies such as Whole-Body Electrical Muscle Stimulation (WB-EMS) and deep infrared heating, are special solutions patented by the owner of Equery-Tech Ltd and has been used in many fields of medical and sports in the last decade. The Equery project was launched in 2015 and after three years of development and multinational testing, the resulted cutting edge solutions and products are now available to the equine market. The Equery R6 is the first multi-channel, wireless, WB-EMS device that is equipped with deep infrared heating. It covers key muscle groups of the horse; such as Brachialis, Trapezius, Deltoideus, Gluteus maximus, Latissimus dorsi, Tensor fasciae latae and Biceps femoris. Efficiency of the Equery technology comes from the fact that it contracts all muscles groups simultaneously and recruits 3 times more muscle fibers than a conventional workout session. Equery can be successfully applied to horses with limited moving capabilities, due to for example: illness, injury, limited time and/or space available or due to unfavourable weather conditions.
