Champion Care consists of medical professionals, including an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We provide helping hands and caring hearts to allow independence, timely completion of activities of daily living, and optimal comfort within our clients' dwelling places. How did we get started? It’s quite simple. We believe we are called to serve others. We are family. Literally. We have spent the majority of our work-lives in the medical field and have seen many different ways of approaching patient care. We want to redefine the status quo. The fact is, people want to live long and happy lives. Most people would rather enjoy the pleasantries of life from the comfort of the place they know as “home.” We want to support that desire.
