The "Unité Robert Schuman" (URS) is a French-speaking and international scout group attached to European values. Our group is part of the federation of secular scout groups in Luxembourg, the FNEL (National Federation of Boy and Girl Scouts of Luxembourg), which is represented at the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). The "Unité Robert Schuman" is set up as a non-profit association and brings together people from all backgrounds who adhere to the principles of Scouting.
