The F-SAE USB Project is a student group from Universidad Simón Bolívar, which is part of the "Learning by Project" Academic Program, composed entirely of students from this university. It was born on September 15, 2000 and Its goal is to shape integral leaders with a high level of excellence and management to carry out multidisciplinary engineering projects through the international competition Formula SAE ® that takes place annually in Michigan, United States. The project allows students to put into practice the academic knowledge learned in class and develop skills in areas such as leadership, management, administration, engines, tools and teamwork, all of which are necessary for the formation of future integral professionals in our country. Each year, the construction of the prototype is financed in its entirety by an important group of private companies, public institutions and individuals who through their contribution help to the continuity of our project.
