Adaptive Homecare provides in-home private duty nursing and skilled nursing services in assisted livings to aging adults and persons with chronic illnesses and/or disabilities. Specialized services include: skilled observation & assessment, post-surgical & post-hospitalization care, medication teaching & management, chronic disease management, wound care, IV therapy, and injections. We also provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment.
