ACL CARE is a comprehensive 14-week training program designed to guide you from recently completing physical therapy for an ACL injury to safely returning to sport. This is a training program designed with the sole purpose of safely returning to athletic activities with a minimized risk of re-injury. The program is adaptable for athletes of all levels and recovery rates - beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes will all find exercise options to match their current level.
