Diversified Heating & Cooling, Inc. was founded in 1987 as the result of more than 42 years of experience servicing the commercial and industrial market. We recognized that residential housing had become as complex as the industry we were serving and that our expertise and background would enable us to fulfill these needs as well. So, in 1993, DHC acquired Farmington Hills Heating & Cooling and Northland Heating & Cooling, servicing the residential market since 1957.
