Bild-Werk Frauenau is a regional and international forum for glass and visual arts, a stage for music and culture, and a place for border-crossing encounters, in the glassmaking village Frauenau in Bavaria, Germany. In the International Summer Academy courses and in other workshops at Bild-Werk Frauenau, the principal focus is on artistic and creative work with glass, both hot and cold, both traditional and new creative methods, together with all the visual arts.
