AIA Terra Partners is focused on maximizing total property value through bifurcating Fee Simple Estates into their two component interest: Ground (or "Leased Fee") and Improvements (or "Leased Fee Estate"). AIA typically offers advisory services in conjunction with either directly purchasing or directly financing a customized Leased Fee position.
