Our office hosts the exceptional 8 Weeks to Wellness® programme. A lifestyle reboot that has been setting many clients free of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. This is in 63 different offices around the world and Core Wellness Centres is the first office to develop and run the programme within the UK.
