We pride ourselves in delivering projects both within budget and on time and we pay particular attention to meeting our client’s requirements and ensuring the quality of work is to the highest standard. We adopt a flexible approach in working with our clients and have successfully completed projects in many different forms including:- Design Build, Management Fee, Joint Venture as well as Standard Forms of Contract. We are based in Surrey and serve the surrounding areas and South London. What we undertake. Commercial. We work for a number of commercial companies undertaking both new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects. Residential. We undertake all aspects of residential building including constructing new homes, conversions, refurbishments and extensions. Civils. We undertake small civil engineering works including private road construction, drainage, retaining walls and underground tank installations. Demolition. Ground Work. Acquisition of land, residential and commercial units/properties. Emergency call outs i.e. Plumbing, Electrical, Water Damage, Roofing, Tree Work, We have experience in a wide range of building projects all of which require a unique approach and present their own specific challenges. However the knowledge gained from each individual project can be retained and used across the entire spectrum of construction.
