"Destination Employer Branding" is our answer to the much-discussed deficiency of skilled workers. Therefore, the DMO Paznaun - Ischgl expanded it´s area of responsibility by including one of the most important stakeholders in a region based on tourism: the employees. That's why the Paznaun - Ischgl CREW got a fixed component in our organization in 2018. Businesses from all sectors in our region benefit from this initiative, by a centralized positioning the entire Paznaun as an attractive working area.
