Family Medical Center strives to fulfill our mission of providing quality care for the entire family. Our physicians are board-certified in Family Medicine and can provide care from birth. We utilize technology and a team-based approach to coordinate the care of our patients. We provide multiple services and procedures in our office to limit the number of providers you have to see and make Family Medical Center truly your “Medical Home.” We have offices in Seymour and Brownstown. We also partner with Schneck to provide care in North Vernon, Salem, and Scottsburg.
