KustodIS Ltd are a young entrepreneurial UK business developing specialist software focussed upon Information Security and Risk Management to assist organisations with their Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) requirements and obligations by assessing and improving the state of their security. KustodIS Ltd was founded by Ian McGurk, with over 32 years of experience in Information Security, IT Security and Risk Management. Ian brings a wealth of expertise on which to build the products including specialist focus upon counter-espionage and the protection of Intellectual Property which will become translated into unique product features. The company is initially developing a suite of three products. Main USP All organisations will utilise methods (Controls) to protect their business information in some way, whether these are the result of formal security focussed initiatives or purely the consequence of common sense business practices. Over 80% of organisations do not have formal Information Security controls or formal Information Security Systems. Most organisations do not and cannot perform adequate assessments because they do not have the structure to facilitate audits Imperium-GRC provides the integrated intelligence, methodology and scoring system to facilitate assessments and manage improvements within any environment irrespective of size, sector, geography or culture.
