The Lark Mortgage Income Fund (the Fund) focusses on generating regular returns from primarily real property-based loans secured by first ranking registered mortgages over a mix of real property investments in capital cities and leading regional centres. Investing through the Lark Mortgage Income Fund, targets monthly interest in excess of 7% p.a net of all fees and expenses, based on a minimum 12-month investment term.
