We are a volunteer-run not-for-profit on a mission to help people cultivate healthy relationships with social media. Our vision is a world where people spend less time on social media and more time connecting meaningfully with others. We're achieving this through a campaign this summer where participants will pledge to delete social media for a month, and raise money for mental health charities.
