We provide thoughtful and creative outside general counsel and policy services for select clients both domestically and internationally. We focus our practice on working with clients who are making a positive impact. We also assist clients with operations matters, including management, strategic planning, structure, and finance. Representative clients: numerous climate organizations including former U.S. Vice President Al Gore's Climate Reality Project, tech startups, a nonprofit working to preserve national public lands, a national nonprofit dedicated to finding solutions to the addiction crisis, and a major international political and creative firm whose work for the UN and UNF we support.
