The Practice was established in 1992 to provide high quality, efficient and cost effective design services for Mechanical and Electrical services within the Building Services industry. We specialise in the survey, design and implementation of Mechanical and Electrical Installations in all types of Residential, Educational and Commercial Developments throughout the UK and overseas. We also carry out a substantial amount of surveys including condition, asset management, dilapidation and cost plan studies within existing buildings. This has proved to be successful and projects presently in the design or construction stage include schemes for utility companies, various county councils, universities, various hospital trusts, financial institutions and educational establishments.
