CASE MANAGEMENT We work within the Oregon’s Workers Compensation system to provide case management services for injured workers. We have developed successful vocational plans with 100% approval rate and strong employability for workers at the end of training. RETURN-TO-WORK INTERVENTION We have successfully overcome return-to-work barriers for thousands of injured/disabled individuals. Every day off work decreases the chances for reemployment. We work closely with the employer, employee and physician to design a cost-effective plan to expedite the return-to-work process. JOB AND WORKSITE MODIFICATION Returning employees to the time-of-injury worksite is the most cost-effective choice. If physical limitations are a barrier, a modification to the worksite can provide a way for a productive employee to return to his/her job. In Oregon, state programs are available to reimburse employers for all or part of the modification costs. Our experts complete the documentation necessary for maximum reimbursement through either the Employer at Injury Program (EAIP) or the Preferred Worker Program (PWP). VOCATIONAL EVALUATION Vocational evaluations analyze the specific job options available to an individual. Evaluations can be expanded to document the impact of injury or disability on the individual's future earning capacity. This analysis is effective in facilitating arbitration/settlements.
