A Teacher for Every Learner Zaya (www.Zaya.org) is an education technology consulting firm focused on developing innovative solutions for the most challenging problems in learning and education. We began our journey in 2012 by solving the most challenging problem of all - how to deliver high-quality education to the more than billion children around the world who have no access to the internet. Through our award-winning ClassCloud device, children in Indonesia, India and Mongolia were able to access high-quality content that was personalized to their needs at affordable rates. After five years of developing cutting-edge educational products, we have now broadened our focus to improving systems for learners everywhere. We are now working on developing impactful learning solutions to help train teachers and improve the efficiency of school operating systems. Our products have imparted over 2 million hours of learning to low-income schools with over 6000 teachers being trained and coached on using technology in the classroom. We’ve received funding from the Microsoft Affordable Access Initiative, DBS Bank, Pearson, Marico and others and worked with the Hans Foundation and other leading NGOs to implement projects. Through our work, we aim to make significant and lasting improvements to existing systems of learning.
