We aim to create value for owners and managers of companies by advising them in their business development and supporting them in their search for capital, strategic alliances and new markets. AM2s areas of expertise and delivery are; - Helping companies with new emerging business models such as PaaS, SaaS and other new go2market opportunities through digital channels. - Financing, using VC based valuation models to find and incubate new innovations and products. - Managing disruption in large companies by alternative corporate development and business development strategies. - M&A; when a company gets to the other side of a product cycle, revenue growth rates decline until the company finds a way to re-invigorate that cycle or, more likely, to invent — or acquire — a new product that is on the leading vs. lagging side of its product cycle We aim to deliver value increasing services to companies and entrepreneurs where we take responsibility with a combination of Board positions and/or as interim/operational managers. Risk is a normal part of any company and we aim to share and mitigate that risk with our partners in order to build great companies with high value.
