Objectives • To develop leadership skills. • To engage young people with positive role models. • To nurture a pro-active can-do attitude. • To teach young people how to debate and express themselves without resorting to violence. • To encourage young people to express themselves through positive music. • To encourage mentoring through direct street-based outreach as well as in school workshops with young people aged between 11 and 19. • To maintain, establish and encourage good relationships between young people and their communities. • To provide opportunities for young people to learn life skills • To attract, develop and retain talented and motivated employees and volunteers who are dedicated to accomplishing the shared vision of the BIGKID Foundation.
