Team Yow Sport Taekwondo is an elite sport Taekwondo team from Fairfax, VA. Founded in 2017, Team Yow sparked interest in the Northern Virginia community by bringing home a National Champion in its first year of operation. Looking towards the future, Team Yow strives for victory in all its taekwondo athletes by developing champions in the ring and successful individuals outside of the ring. Team Yow empowers athletes to achieve their goal of becoming world class athletes through hard-work, determination and constant pursuit of excellence.
