We have worked with the biggest, most recognized names in the industry and we know we can beat them on price, quality and service. We are a small company and thus can offer a personalized service. You will see the same faces from day one through to the day your new home is finished, you won’t be shuffled through a large number of different people at different stages of the process. This continuity allows us to develop relationships with our customers so you get exactly what you want out of building your new house. All builders have a standard. A certain level of fixtures, fittings, flooring, appliances, etc. that they offer as part of their new home package. Some of these standards are very disappointing and will only be revealed after you’ve signed the contract. At Brightspace Homes we offer a higher standard than most. We chose this standard based on what we would expect in our own homes and don’t think you should settle for anything less. That being said, your standard is completely up to you.
