A long established ISO 9001:2015 accredited organisation situated on the southern edge of Leicester, Aerofab Fabrications Ltd and sister company Aerofab Stainless Ltd have the benefit of easy access to both the M1 and M6 motorway networks, allowing us to provide Sheet Metal Work, Welded Fabrications, bespoke process equipment and support services to our customers in all areas of the country. Our expertise in the welding of Stainless Steels makes us particularly useful to the Food Processing and Pharmaceutical industries, for which we are able to design, manufacture and install individual items of equipment, undertake the modification of production facilities or carry out major project work by means of our off-site facilities and SafeContractor certification. The variation of work undertaken by Aerofab is diverse, ranging from the production of highly polished stainless steel shop fittings and Pharmaceutical mixing vessels to the fabrication of safety-critical assemblies for the Nuclear Industry and the design and supply of Moulds for Pre-cast concrete products. Having been involved in the development of products for many years, we have also been able to introduce project management systems and processes specifically for the medium volume scheduled production of finished sub-assemblies for original equipment manufacturers. Currently we are supplying fabricated assemblies for several hundred units per month for one particular OEM. We would welcome approaches from other equipment manufacturers that would benefit from our experience in this area.
