The Radio Bible Hour is one of the oldest Baptist radio ministries in the United States. Started in 1935 by J. Harold Smith, it celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2010. It produces radio programs based on the recorded sermons of J. Harold Smith and is heard on about 50 radio outlets in the Unites States. Currently, we produce a television talk show called "Today with Christ" featuring excerpts from Dr. Smith's sermons. During his lifetime, J. Harold Smith served as a pastor and evangelist. His ministry was Bible-based and traditionally conservative Southern Baptist. Dr. J. Harold Smith was known for his powerful preaching and compassionate pastoral care.
