Studies show that excessive exposure to activities like video gaming, social media, and pornography are having resounding negative effects on mental, emotional, interpersonal, and physical health. These problems all seem to stem from the same root: overuse of screen time. We want to change these trends. We bring awareness so that people understand the effects of technology and social media use on the brain and well-being. We want to empower families to decide for themselves how they will use technology in their lives. We provide tools and resources to help families set expectations, guidelines, and rules that will eventually create habits to help them have a healthy relationship with technology.
