Panoramic was founded in 2009 by its 3 partners with the aim of increasing the supply of equity capital to UK small and medium sized companies ("SMEs"). Panoramic's aim is to provide growth companies with the capital, expertise and support to significantly increase shareholder value. The partners are committed to working in partnership with the companies and management teams that they invest in. The approach is straightforward and open, investing financial and intellectual capital into each relationship. We can invest up to £5m into any one company and can invest in Management Buyouts (or Buy ins), development capital or replacement capital transactions. We currently manage £100m focussed on UK SMEs.
