We offer OD & Engagement Consultancy services, bespoke and open learning programmes, and group or 1:1 coaching for individuals and business clients. Kath Howard set up HeartSparks in 2018, with the desire to make a difference to the performance and potential of individuals and organisations, drawing on twenty years of cross-sector experience from a diverse range of employers, from Magic Circle Law Firms to large government departments to small start-ups. Kath is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She brings a deep knowledge of human behaviour and a keen understanding of when an activity is 'just another intervention' and when it really has the potential to stick and result in sustainable change. All of this is built on a genuine curiosity to get under the skin of an organisation, creating an understanding of what makes their people tick, and driving sustainable change and impact.
