Giant Results is led by Matt Curry, a 5th generation entrepreneur in agribusiness and 3rd generation to own and operate the family business. He had to learn on the job since his father passed away at an early age and he was thrust into the role of CEO. There was no transition. EOS was his way of 'Getting a Grip' on the business. In 5 years, the company grew from a regional brand to a multi-national operating company that grew from $34M to $70M. While building the family business he realized that EOS was his passion and he learned what works and what doesn't work in getting what you want from your business.
