Sector Four Consulting was established in mid 2018 by Dennis Trevarthen and Maggie Macdonald, both experienced leaders in the field of capability development. The development of skills, knowledge and competency occurs across four sectors in the national economy. Three of these are well known, but the fourth ‘SECTOR FOUR’ has been hiding in plain sight.
