Irish Institute of Celebrants Ltd
www.iioc.ieThe Irish Institute of Celebrants offers professional training to people who want to become Celebrants, to become trained in the craft of ceremony to mark the milestones and transitions in the lives of individuals, families and communities. We offer knowledge, practical skills and an accredited qualification with ongoing training, mentorship and networking. We are dedicated to promoting the use of ceremony to help the client create a ceremony that reflects the couple’s beliefs, philosophy of life, personal stories and personality. Our Celebrancy training courses can be attended throughout the year nationwide, in Dublin, Cork and Sligo, weekend courses. IIOC Trainee Lisa O'Brien from Dublin writes, "I decided to be a trainee celebrant for many reasons. One of them being that I saw a TV programme on a few years ago about the day to day life at the registry office in Dublin and I had a 'light bulb moment' that this is what I want to do. I like the idea of being in a hugely positive environment, in an official capacity, helping people to celebrate their love".
