Having spent twenty-two years in the business world working for two major multinational high tech corporations, I created my own company, Polaris Consulting. I now offer my business experience in the areas of Coaching, Management Development, Organizational Development, Multicultural Management and Performance Management to a variety of clients struggling with significant change. As a certified coach I bring a rigorous, process-based approach, custom designed for a positive outcome, in support of teams and individuals undergoing periods of change. I am also a master rower (national champion in eights), and leverage this sport’s unique opportunities to develop team spirit by offering team building events including an introduction to team rowing.
