Through our work we aim to raise the aspirations of children and young people, improve the health and wellbeing of our communities, and to demonstrate the power of the arts to enrich lives and communities. Our work includes: *Creative Communities - We reach thousands of individuals and families annually through our project work, events and workshops across a broad range of art forms. * Babylon Gallery - Our riverside gallery offers a programme of exhibitions by local, regional and international artists, as well as a platform for young people and emerging talent. Free entry – all welcome. * Market Place - We lead an innovative Arts Council funded programme (Creative People and Places) in Fenland and Forest Heath, which receives national coverage and profile. * Ely Cinema - Screening around 120 films a year, our independent cinema has a varied programme, as well as screening live performances from the Royal Opera House, National Theatre and other West End Theatres. * Skills and Support - We up-skill local people through our established volunteer programme, and also offer training and development for the arts, voluntary and community sectors.
