It wasn't easy, we learned by trial and error. We worked 80 hour weeks. We needed more customers and had to figure out how to make that happen. We did, we grew, and now we're expanding into new more locations, and have built a $1m+ annual revenue company in a small market when many said we wouldn't survive. Along the way, I heard a lot of promises on what made "good" marketing. I've watched a lot of money pass into the marketing pit and nothing come from it. That's why we only do what we're good at.
