Secondly, is Family, this firm is composed by three brothers and has a family business orientation trying to help family business in their day to day problems. And thirdly, is a Consulting firm, but more than giving advice, we have a coaching approach, so we provide critical thinking and reflexion to our customers. This is why we tend to analyze each business case with the same approach of a family, and when needed we provide investment in form of seed capital but not just to make a huge return in the short run, but to make them grow in the long term, with the approach to be always a minority shareholder. Our tickets went from 10k to 50k normally, but in some unique opportunities we also go with 100k up to 400k.
