DMG is a statewide network of disability management and stay-at-work/return-to-work consultants helping employers manage their obligations under workers' compensation and disability laws. Our goal is also to support stay-at-work and return-to-work for injured or disabled employees. Our services include job descriptions, job analysis, ergonomics training, ergonomic assessments, job accommodations / reasonable accommodations / interactive process facilitation, training on all facets of return-to-work, and the development of return-to-work programs.
