The Budget General Directorate is a central service of the Ministry of Finance whose mission is to oversee the preparation and execution of the State Budget, State accounting, control of the legality, regularity and economy of the State's financial administration, and to ensure the participation of the Ministry of Finance in the framework of the negotiation of the European Union's budget and multiannual financial programming.
