ClearView Mediation is a company dedicated to providing competent, experienced mediation and facilitation. For commercial clients we handle disputes between companies, partnership dissolution, workplace disputes; and cases involving complaints and claims from customers. For our private parties we mediate divorce, child custody, property settlements, and elder care issues. Our practice is based in Northern Virginia, but we handle commercial cases nationwide.
