Our aerial program goes beyond a typical fitness regime to foster trust, support and a strong sense of community. It is our mission to provide our students with a safe, positive environment that is conducive to not only strengthening their physique but also encourages the building of confidence and finding an outlet for creative expression. We offer classes, workshops and parties with a theme of empowerment and growth for both women and men. Rising Goddess Fitness is a family-based studio, also offering unique classes for teens and children with a focus towards developing confidence and strength at an early age.
