The “Futuro Feliz em Família” (www.fff.pt), while developing the activity of Home Care, aims to contribute to a better quality of life for people and families which are associated. Having always been based on the values of Quality and Efficiency, we propose services appropriated to the needs of the client, always provided by professionals in multidisciplinary teams. Our services are addressed, mainly for the elderly people, as they are the ones which present more difficulties in their daily life and need for greater clinic monitoring. We also support people with different degrees of disability and dependency or that need Home Medical Care. The “Futuro Feliz em Família”, as for base a team specialized in Social and Living Sciences, guided by ethics and professionalism. The team integrates specialized professionals where it includes Social Assistants, Psychologists, Sociologists, Physical Therapists, Nurses, doctors and other health technicians. FFF also provides home medical equipment and health care & mobility products.
