Unified Theater's mission is to foster meaningful inclusion and develop student leaders through the arts. We achieve this by empowering youth to lead, letting creativity rule, and putting the Spotlight on Ability®. At Unified Theater, a diverse group of middle and high school students with and without disabilities come together as equals to put on a production. The production is entirely organized, written, and directed by the young people themselves. In 60 schools across the country, over 7,500 students with and without disabilities have performed to almost 16,000 audience members.
