The more we digged deeper on to it, we realized that mindfulness is a lifestyle not a quick fix. It allows us to grow with the help of the frequency we chose to tune in. From stressful, nomadic, reactive mode of living to a peaceful, calm and proactive way of life is the paradigm shift mindfulness has brought into our life. Clean eating, yoga, being more conscious towards environment, saying no to anything which has an adverse effect on our mind, body and soul was an obvious byproduct of the process. Nature started inspiring us and different art forms had such a therapeutic affect on our well being,hence ilaa was born.The name ilaa is comes  from Sanskrit meaning “women of earth”.
