Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. (CLASI) is a nonprofit law firm dedicated to equal justice for all, improving lives since 1946. CLASI is Delaware's designated Protection and Advocacy agency for individuals with disabilities. We provide civil legal services at no cost to help people become safe and meet their basic needs for food, income and shelter. We help people with special needs, such as low income and/or disabilities, or who are age 60 and over. We offer immigration law and other services to protect victims of crime, abuse and neglect. We are a HUD-funded private enforcement initiative agency, offering representation to victims of housing-related discrimination. Our offices are located in Wilmington, Dover and Georgetown.
