SHIATSU WORKS LLC
www.shiatsuworks.com“I believe everyone has a right to feel strong, flowing, at ease, and free. Unfortunately, there’s much confusion about how to get there. I just happen to show you how through bodywork, movement and herbs.” Brian Skow is a Certified Practitioner of the American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA®-CP, 2003-on), a Diplomate of Asian Bodywork Therapy by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (Dipl. ABT-NCCAOM, 2003-on), a graduate of a two-year clinical internship in Kampo (Japanese herbal medicine, 2016-2018), a former teacher at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture (PIHMA, 2009-2018), a Sandan (third degree black belt) in Jujitsu (a Japanese martial art), and a practitioner of Soto Zen. His therapies include bodywork (Shiatsu, Moxibustion and Teishin), movement (Meridian Exercises, Sotai and more), and herbal medicine (Kampo). In addition to performing therapy, Brian counsels his clients in Base4Health©, which is nutrition, exercise, sleep and meditation. Brian takes on simple and complex cases, and, with custom therapy, achieves wonderful results.
