Mofast AB (publ) is a listed real estate company that owns and manages public-use properties and residential properties in attractive locations with a geographical focus on the Greater Stockholm region. We work actively with existing and potential building rights within the portfolio to create added value. As of March 31, 2022, the property portfolio consisted of 85 properties with a property value of approximately SEK 3.7 billion, which generates SEK 200 million in rental income on a rolling annual basis. The portfolio's lettable area is 162,000 sq.m. and based on external analysis, it is possible to create an additional 44,000 sq.m. of building rights within the existing portfolio.
