Chardon Hotels is a Scottish based hotel company founded by Maurice Taylor, one of Scotland's most renowned hospitality sector entrepreneurs. Established in 1972, Chardon Hotels currently owns the Holiday Inn Glasgow Theatreland and Holiday Inn Expresses; Glasgow Theatreland, Edinburgh Royal Mile, Edinburgh Airport, Dunfermline and Perth, along with the multi award-winning La Bonne Auberge Brasserie in Glasgow, which celebrated its 44 anniversary this year.
